Lester Robertson - Co-Owner and Chairman of the Board. He has over thirty-five years of millwork and construction experience including a successful architectural millwork firm, catering to high end casino, commercial, and institutional fixtures. His background includes all areas of management.
David R. Becher - Co-Owner and President of the company. Mr. Becher oversees day to day operations. He has over thirty-six years of millwork experience including manufacturing, estimating, trade coordinating, drafting, shop work and installation. Prior to starting CMSI, he was president of valley fixtures, which did approximately $22 million in annual sales and employed over 125 people at two facilities. His experience at Valley Fixtures has given him a foundation in the area of financial, legal, banking, and all other phases of management.
Kevin Mortensen - VP Pre - Construction. Kevin manages the coordination of the company’s estimators, the oversight of the bidding process and the maintenance of good relationships with the many contractors CMSI subcontracts to. Kevin is a certified LEED Green Associate with experience in creating and implementing corporate sustainability operations and uses this experience to oversee the coordination of the company’s procedures using both LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) guidelines.
Mary Belcourt - Sustainability Coordinator. Duties include the coordination of certified projects in LEED, as well as the implementation and responsible management of the FSC® Chain of Custody procedures here at CMSI. (FSC-C017454)
Marvin Meyer - Project Manager. Over 25 years of management experience within the high end custom millwork industry. Positions included not only Project and Operations Management but also Estimating and Sales. Efforts supported Central Florida theme park customers, upscale hotels and condominium projects, boutique retailers and sports venues,
Craig Nelson - Shop Manager. Using his twenty-eight years of experience in the millwork industry, Craig oversees all manufacturing, finish, and shipping operations in our 100,000 square foot facility. He started his career as an apprentice in a union millwork shop, became a Journeyman Carpenter, and later managed millwork installation in the field. Craig's experience and professionalism compliment Complete Millwork Services' ability to work with our clients in pre-construction, production, and installation phases of architectural millwork projects.

Jamal Farhoud - Operations Manager. With twenty-eight years experience in construction management and a Business Administration degree from SDSU. His project management experience has taken him all over the world, managing multi-million dollar projects involving high end architectural millwork. Jamal has vast experience on high level LEED projects. Including MGM City Center, Las Vegas - the largest LEED project to date.
Joe Becher - Senior Project Manager. Joe has thirty-nine years experience in the millwork trade and for twenty-six years he managed and operated his own business. In that time Joe created a long standing relationship with Devcon construction and the San Francisco 49ers. He has managed the architectural millwork package for multiple 49ers projects, including the 49ers training center as well as the personal residences of Steve Young and Jed York.
Isaiah Clapp - Project Manager. Isaiah holds a BA from Cleveland State University and has over 10 years of experience in the millwork manufacturing industry. He Started from the bottom as an installer and has worked his way up through custom bench work, CNC programming, 3D modeling, detailing/drafting, project engineering and finally into the project management position. With his very diverse perspective of all jobs within the millwork field, he is able to execute projects as specified, on time and under budget.
Andrew Hoxsey - Project Manager. Andrew comes to Complete Millwork Services with over 15 years of construction experience in everything from framing and finish carpentry to estimating and project management. While working for a well-respected millwork company in Southern California, he worked on a number of high end multi-million dollar commercial projects including the AWI Standards of Excellence and Forbes 5 Star Award winning Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach. Andrew will be focusing on managing projects in and around the city of San Francisco where he spent several years working for an esteemed general contractor and continues to maintain relationships throughout the design and construction industry.
John Russell - Project Manager.
Jose Hernandez - Supervisor. has over 30 years’ experience traveling the US running millwork installations for large projects. Including large hotels in the Southern States, and many hotels in the Bay Area. Jose’s function will be key to ensuring that high installation quality is maintained, and on time. Jose ran all install crews on the 49ers Levis stadium. Our install crews were as large as 170 men at the height of install on that project. With his experience brings the ability to ‘look ahead’ and see what items may bring challenges, this same experience also comes with practical solutions to any challenge we may have in the field.

Bryan Coron - Las Vegas Operations Manager. Bryan P. Coron has been with Complete Millwork for 15 years, he began his construction career over 35 years ago in Maine, owning a custom residential, cabinet, and commercial building company. After fulfilling his Family’s desire to venture out West, Bryan worked for Valley Fixtures as a Project/Production Manager. Following the closure of VF, Bryan joined CMSI Las Vegas, where he now oversees all of the daily operations, including project management, office supervision, estimating, trade coordination, and installation supervision.
Hal Daniel - Las Vegas Senior Project Manager Estimator. Hal has over 20 years of experience in the millwork and furniture manufacturing business. He has been with Complete Millwork for 17 years doingProject management and estimating of high end commercial, casino/hotel, custom retail fixtures millwork and custom items of glass, GFRG, metal and cast. He is solely responsible for soliciting bids from general contractors, owners, architects, and designers in the Las Vegas Office.
